1. Who we are and your consent

Tiksplode is owned and operated by Wide Swing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By accessing or using Tiksplode, you consent to the collection, use, storage, transfer, and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree, do not use Tiksplode.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email, and profile photo.
  • Order details you submit: your app or product link, brief, and preferences.
  • Creator profile, if you apply as a creator: devices you own, languages you speak, nationality, gender, and age. We use these only to match you to jobs whose customers have specific demographic preferences.
  • Payment information is handled by Stripe (customer charges) and PayPal (contractor payouts). We do not store full card numbers. We keep the PayPal email you give us so we can pay you.
  • Content you upload, such as reference links and video files.

3. How we use it

To run the service: create your account, process orders and payments, match work to scouts and creators, quality-check and deliver videos, pay contractors, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. How we share it

We share information with service providers and business partners that help us operate, including Google (authentication), Firebase (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), and PayPal (payouts), and with others as needed to run the service. We may disclose information to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to enforce our Terms, to detect or prevent fraud or abuse, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, and in connection with any merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. International transfer

We operate in the United States and may store and process your information in the United States and in other countries whose data laws may differ from those where you live. By using Tiksplode, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as we determine necessary to provide the service, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and we may retain information after account closure to the extent permitted or required by law. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will do so where we are required to.

7. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to you.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, and access to stored data is restricted to our server systems. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use the service at your own risk and we are not liable for any unauthorized access to, or loss, alteration, or disclosure of, your information.

9. Children

Tiksplode is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may change this policy at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting the revised policy, and your continued use of Tiksplode constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
